Directions from the North or South with a faxed Publix Grocery order pick up:
Get off at exit 143.
Go westbound on State Road 78 (SR78) Bayshore Rd/ Pine Island Rd for approximately 15 miles.
Make a left turn at the intersection of Pine Island Rd on to Santa Barbara. Turn right at Hancock, Publix shopping plaza will be on left.
Exiting from Publix make a left on to Pine Island Rd.
Proceed west on Pine Island Rd through the town of Matlacha, then proceed to Pine Islands 4-way stop.

Directions from the North with out grocery order pick up:
From the north on I-75 take exit 161 N. Jones Loop Rd and go west. Drive about 1 mile to the intersection at US 41, cross 41 and continue straight on SR765 Burnt Store Road.
Follow for 20 miles, then turn right (west) on SR78 Pine Island Rd, proceed west through the town of Matlacha to Pine Islands 4-way stop.

Directions from the South without a grocery order pick up:
From south on I-75 take exit 136 head west on Colonial (SR884).
Stay on Colonial and follow sings for Veterans Pkwy, a bridge which has a $2.00 toll.
Go through numerous stop lights make a left, head west onto Pine Island Rd (SR78), proceed west on Pine Island Rd through the town of Matlacha to Pine Islands 4-way stop.
From Pine Island Road:
**At the 4-way Stop, Turn right (north) onto Stringfellow Rd.
Drive approximately 3 miles
Turn left onto Pineland Rd a narrow winding road about 1 mile.
After a hairpin right hand curve follow the road and Pineland Marina will be on the left hand side.

Fort Myers Airport: 1 hour 15 minutes
Miami & Fort Lauderdale: 3hours 30 minutes
Orlando: 4hours 30 minutes
Tampa: 3 hours
